Poaching bill passes Assembly committee
A.B. 708, which creates tough new penalties for poaching in California, recently passed through the Assembly’s Water, Parks, and Wildlife Committee on April 28. The bill still has a long way to go, and that’s why we’re asking folks to sign our petition calling on the Legislature to enact strong penalties for poaching.
