Golden Gate Audubon's Ilana DeBare writes on the Golden Gate Birder blog about her experience lobbying for birds at the State Capitol day before yesterday. She and other chapter representatives were taking part in Audubon California's Birds Matter Advocacy Day, hoping to inform legislators about how their decisions effect California's terrific birds.
