Remember just a couple months ago when everyone was concerned about what seemed to be a sudden spate of bird mass bird die-offs? Well, turns out that at least one of those was due to the folks and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Wildlife Services Division. And by Wildlife Services, they apparently mean poisoning birds.
