Taylor Broadhead

Senior Water Policy Program Manager

Taylor’s role is focused on ensuring birds and ecosystem benefits are considered in SGMA implementation and multibenefit land repurposing. She has prior experience in groundwater quality issues and developing geospatial tools to help water managers assess recharge opportunities.

Prior to working on water issues, Taylor worked as a Data Science Intern with Audubon California on the Important Bird Areas database and earned her master’s degree from Purdue University specializing in acoustic ecology of birds, bats, whales, and frogs.

Taylor spends her time playing piano, designing clothes, and caring for her geriatric golden retriever.
