Anti-poaching legislation unanimously passes State Senate committee

Just heard that Assembly Bill 708, which significantly increases penalties for poaching violations in California, passed the Senate Natural Resources Committee by a unanimous vote this morning. While this bill has a lot of support, there are still a number of potential obstacles to it getting signed into law. We need your help.
