Following up on our post last week about the duo who stole two eggs from a snowy plover nest on Clam Beach in Humbolt County, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service reported over the weekend that the culprits had been found and the eggs returned. Apparently, the duo were two teens that didn't know what they were doing -- despite signs all over the place. Nonetheless, the mother of one of the teens brought the eggs in. Apparently, the Service has decided not to cite the girls.
