The Blackhawk
Crow's Nest
1 oz gin
1 oz sweet sherry
Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Waking up to the call of the Mockingbird
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz tawny port
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 egg white
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
Screaming Eagle
1 pint Yengling lager beer
1 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
pour beer and add jager
