David Yarnold: A year later, the Gulf is still looking for some love

In an opinion piece being published throughout the country today, Audubon President David Yarnold notes that it's been a year since the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Congress still hasn't allocated a dime to Gulf restoration:

Last week, Sens. Mary Landrieu, D-La., and David Vitter, R-La., introduced a bill that would finally use BP penalties - blood money, for sure - to rebuild America's richest delta system and the entire coastline of the Gulf of Mexico damaged by the BP spill. I encourage all the lawmakers from the region to come together a craft a solution that addresses this massive disaster. Get together and get it done.
