Join us in Los Angeles for a free screening of The Condor's Shadow

Attend a free screening on Thursday, June 13, of the year-in-the-life documentary film that follows USFWS biologist Joseph Brandt into the world of endangered species recovery. His mission: To enable the California condor to fly free once again. Beautiful and poignant, The Condor’s Shadow will make you appreciate the challenges faced and the passion brought to the task of pulling the condor back from the brink of extinction.

The screening will be held outdoors at the Audubon Center at Debs Park, so dress appropriately. The film runs 58 min. with a Post-Screening Q&A with USFWS Biologist Joseph Brandt of the California Condor Recovery Program & Filmmaker Jeff McLoughlin. Trailer and film information at the film's website. The address of the Center is 4700 Griffin Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90031. Call (323) 221-2255 for more information. (photo by Dave Clendenon/USFWS)
