The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is expected to make a decision on Endangered Species Act status for the Ashy Storm-Petrel this week. The decision was forced by some strong legal pressure from the Center for Biological Diversity. We haven't heard anything about what shape this decision will take, but we're all ears.
