Audubon California's anti-poaching legislation, Assembly Bill 708, was approved by lawmakers earlier this month. The bill is now on the Governor's desk awaiting signature, and we need your help to make sure this becomes law. As we've discussed earlier, poaching violations nearly tripled from 2003 to 2007 and migratory birds are taking a particularly hard hit. Send a message to the Governor right now asking him to sign AB 708.
