Along with a number of other conservation organizations, Audubon California is enthusiastic about the conservation opportunities presented by the upcoming restoration of the San Joaquin River. We'll be talking more about that in the coming weeks. But as you probably know, the issue of water in the Central Valley is controversial. Water is scarce and numerous interests see it as vital.
