Audubon California in January 2011 is conducting a survey of Mountain Plovers in California, and we could use your help. The survey will take place January 20 through 24 in sites all around the state. Some of the areas we’ll be focusing on include the Sacramento Valley, San Joaquin Valley, Tulare Basin, Imperial Valley, Panoche Valley, Carrizo Plain.
