Interesting new poll from the Los Angeles Times shows that California's Latinos and Asians are more concerned about key environmental issues like climate change and pollution than whites. While this might surprise some, it doesn't surprise those interviewed for the story, including Audubon California's Dan Taylor, who note that often it is these minority populations that live in the state's most polluted areas:
The poll's findings are a clear expression of the direct threat environmental carelessness presents to the health of these families and their communities.
