The California State Assembly yesterday approved a bill that will help ensure that seabirds and other marine wildlife have enough small, food fish to support their populations. Audubon California was a strong supporter of Assembly Bill 1299 because of the importance that food resources play in the survival of struggling seabird populations. More than 1,000 of you sent emails to legislators through an online action alert, and that certainly helped. Thanks for speaking out for seabirds.
