A Vermilion Flycatcher has been spotted by San Diego birder Catherine Zinsky. There have only been two sightings reported on eBird this year in San Diego County. This striking red bird likes open habitat near savannah, riparian woodlands, agriculture, and scrub. Good sighting Catherine and good luck to our San Diego-based readers!
