Over the years, the San Fernando Valley Audubon Society has done a lot to protect and celebrate bird habitat in the Sepulveda Basin. So our friends there were outraged when they found that the Army Corps of Engineers had gone in there and wiped out a lot of great vegetation. Kudos to the Audubon chapter for bringing light to this issue.
