Assemblyman Mark Stone, D-Scotts Valley, Assembly Speaker Toni Atkins, D-San Diego, and State Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson, D-Santa Barbara co-sponsored Assembly Bill 2002 that will provide oversight on California Coastal Commission lobbying.
