- AB 2148 (Holden) –Sponsored by Audubon Califoria – requires State Parks and Dept of Fish and Wildlife to issue regulations regarding the use of drones on state park and DFW land.
- Birds helped: nesting birds like Western Snowy Plover
- SB 1363 (Monning) – Sponsored by Audubon California – sets up a program for researching and providing grants for projects related to ocean acidification, with specific focus on eelgrass conservation.
- Birds helped: Pacific Brant, diving ducks like Surf Scoter, California Brown Pelican
- SB 1350 (Wolk): Healthy Soils / Working Lands
- Birds helped: Long-billed Curlew, Swainson's Hawk, Loggerhead Shrike
